Jamie Bittner, MS, Occupational Therapist, is a Transition Specialist with the Southeastern Cooperative Educational Programs (SECEP) in Norfolk, VA. The SECEP public school consortium serves over 1,500 special education students throughout eight districts in the Hampton Roads area of Southeastern Virginia. She is an active subscriber of CEC’s Life Centered Education (LCE) online transition curriculum, which she uses to support students as they transition from school to adult life.
